How to calculate a time-limit expressed in months? An important question for the practice of lawyers. The Swiss Federal Supreme Court has clarified how to calculate the start of the term in months applying the European Convention on the Calculation of Time-Limits (decision 5A_691/2023 of 13.08.2024)
